Justus and Julius are young guardian angels who are supposed to watch over two girls. Nele is something of a wild child, dashing through the neighborhood on her bike, sliding down banisters and balancing on construction site fences. As her guardian angel, Justus is constantly under a lot of stress. He never gets a chance to rest. Hanna, in contrast, is relatively well-behaved. She doesn't go out a lot, plays in her room, and likes to look at books. As a result, Julius is kind of bored. He has very little to do all day long and feels unnecessary. Without any hesitation, the two heavenly messengers decide to exchange jobs for a little while, and a tumultuous adventure begins. In the end, both guardian angels realize that there is really only one solution. They should divide up the work and alternate days looking after the children. Of course that will only work if the children get to know each other, so the two little angles bring Nele and Hanna together - with the end result of one new friendship and two satisfied guardian angels. |
